  1. 1

    Create an account

Sign up with e-mail, Google or Apple. You must be 16 or older.

  2. 2

    Answer ten questions

Gender, age, height, weight, goal, where you train, equipment, experience, days per week, diet. Each is one screen.

  3. 3

    Agree to automated analysis

Your answers are analysed automatically to build the plan. You confirm this before the account is created.

  4. 4

    Wait under a minute

The plan is generated while you watch the progress screen. If it fails, you can retry.

  5. 5

    Review your week

Home shows today's workout. Open any day for the exercises, sets, reps and rest. Meals shows calories, macros and the day's food.

  6. 6

    Start a session

Watch the video, do the set, log reps and weight, rest on the timer, move on. Pause or skip at any time.

  7. 7

    Finish and check progress

The session is saved. Progress shows the streak, the weekly chart, records and body weight.

  8. 8

    Adjust

Change your profile, log a new weight, regenerate the plan, or build your own program from the library.

What BirFit does not do

  1. 1

    No medical advice

BirFit gives general fitness guidance from your answers. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor or physiotherapist.

  2. 2

    No wearables yet

There is no watch app and no heart-rate integration. Sessions are logged on the phone.

  3. 3

    No food logging yet

The meal plan is a daily template. Logging what you ate is on the roadmap.
