Agreement

By creating an account or using the BirFit app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use BirFit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person.

2. Health disclaimer

BirFit provides general fitness and nutrition information generated from the answers you give. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Consult a professional before starting a programme if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

3. Your account

Give accurate information; the plan is only as good as the profile.
Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may delete your account at any time from the app.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or attack the service; do not upload unlawful content; do not use BirFit to provide services to third parties without our written consent. Plan generation is limited to three per day per account to keep the service available for everyone.

5. Content and licence

Exercise videos, covers, text and the app itself are owned by BirFit or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app. Your logged data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to store and display it to you.

6. Pricing

BirFit is free during early access. If paid features are introduced, prices and terms will be shown in the app before any charge, and purchases will be handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time; data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BirFit is provided "as is". We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from following any plan, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which BirFit is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: [email protected].
